Choose Mercer
For High School Counselors
We want your students to make Mercer their first choice.
Mercer University is the only university in the South that offers liberal arts, law, medicine, engineering, and pharmacy. In addition, Mercer's 11 schools and colleges also include programs in business, teacher education, nursing, music, and theology.
With over 60 majors and 20 undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs, your students will find exactly what they are looking for among Mercer's many academic offerings. That is just one of the reasons why U.S. News & World Report and The Princeton Review consistently rank us as one of the nation's leading universities.
But a great college education is about more than just the books.
At Mercer, the college experience extends beyond the classroom. Leadership and service learning opportunities abound at Mercer, including faculty-led study abroad trips, community and international service projects, and more!
There is also a wealth of opportunities for students to get involved on campus. With so many campus organizations to choose from, from national sororities and fraternities to academic and social interest groups, from NCAA Division I sports to intramural sports, there is something for everyone.
